Deleting / Editting TigéYou profiles

I have a 2010 ZR2 and can not figure out how to deleting and/or edit TigéYou profiles on my TigéTouch. My screen does not have the EDIT and DELETE buttons shown on the screen at http://tige.com/performance/Tige_Touch/profiles#touchscreenInfo

I don't recall the Edit or Delete buttons on my screen either, but here is how I save a profile...

Fill my ballasts, set the TAPS, and set the Speed set.
Go to Profiles, IIRC it is top right
Using the Up and Down arrows, select either a factory Profile and Save over it, or an empty one and hit Save
It will prompt you for a new name of the Profile and once you enter that it should be saved.

This is all from memory, so I may be a bit off on the steps...
