It's almost 11:00 pm and I'm logging in one final time this week as I leave early tomorrow morning to Table Rock Lake for 1 week.
However, I couldn't leave without letting you hear about the folks at Stateamind Water Sports here in St. Louis.
To make a very long story short, the manufacturer of my new tower took longer than expected to get the tower built. It was to be delivered yesterday so that it would be ready for my trip tomorrow. However, the tower didn't make it. It finally got delivered today at almost 6:00 pm.
Joel, Steve, George and Jon at Stateamind all stayed until 10:00 pm this evening hooking up the tower, Bimini top and speakers so that my family and I could go on our vacation tomorrow.
These guys put their families on hold until very late on a Friday evening, so that I could spend quality time with mine. This is proof that there are great dealers out there, going the extra mile for their customers.
The boat looks great, the bimini looks great and the stereo sounds awesome.
Joel and crew - Thank You! I can only hope other dealers around the country that are not already doing so, follow your lead in exceptional customer service.
