tige 20i RPM vs Speed

I have an '03 20i with the 350 MPI 315hp that I just put wakeboard pro on. I clocked the perfect pass with a gps at 20 and 28mph fine. I am now noticing that at full throttle I am only getting 38mph at about 4500-4600 RPM. I thought before the perfect pass I was getting 43-44mph but did not take notice of the RPM. What are people getting for MAX rpm vs speed on this boat.

what prop do you have on it?

I have an acme 3 blade that came with the boat. I am not sure of the pitch, I can find it out tonight when I go skiing
