throttle problem

Today we were out wakeboard and the silver collar on the throttle keep coming loose causing the throttle to spin. It pops back in put spins loose after use. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?:bo::bo::bo:

The throttle lever????

If so the set screw came out. Look for it on the floor.(its very small) Add loctite and tighten.
