Well the Adoption is done and final and all the activities that followed. She is ours for ever. Thank you to Ragboy and family for the board. We opened the box and she went nuts she knew it was her board. As you can see she knows where to stand and what to do. I guess that is from watching us on on the board in the water.

I can not say how thankful we are for this board.:D And more importantly how thankful we are for having her in our eternal family. I appreciate all your guys support.

Thanks guys. To answer the big question. We have been working with her to learn to hold her breath. As soon as she know how to do that we will have her on the surf boards with us. It may not be this year but for sure next year. I will certainly let her use the board to float on and move around the water though when we are changing riders or on shore. This way she can get used to standing on the board and such. I know I will put this board to work as fast as possible.

When she starts to try to stand on it while playing, take a couple of stickers, or a bright marker and make 2 circles filled in on the black so she can see them, and tell her to put her feet on the circles. That really helped Jessica.

In collage I took a class to become a certified red cross swim instructor. All babies/kids will naturally hold their breath when they are dunked underwater. The real deal is getting her comfortable in the water not to get sacred after it happens.

Wow I just got chills and teared up. I remember adoption day for my twins seems like yesterday they are 3.5 now. Congrats man nothing better than my kids take all I own including the boat as long as I have a roof over my head and my kids happy is all I need. So awesome no offense to the people that have no problem conceiving its something so special when you can't and that adoption day comes around you just can't believe it. My wife and I tried lots of things for 2 years and are so blessed to have our twins. We got the wall-mart special two for one. Sorry not hijacking congrats man!!!!!!!

No problem that is what this is about. If anyone is ever having second thoughts about adoption to get kids I say do it. It is just as specail as having them. I have been blessed to do both now.
