One of the exhaust manifolds cracked without anyone's knowledge until the floor got squishy. Got the boat back to the slip and on the hoist. I need to get it back on the trailer and to the shop for a permanent fix but does anyone have a suggestion for a temporary fix to keep the water out while idling from the slip to the trailer?

Will the bilge pump keep up? If not. How about a bilge pump and fat sac pump.
You could try that self fusing repair tape.
You SHOULDN'T temporarly re-route or block off the water hoses leading to the riser. They cool the riser/manifold/exhaust so things nearby don't melt.

I was looking for a temporary patch, not rerouting. Thanks for the advice.

I had the same problem, and used marine epoxy from Lowes. Thought it was going to be temporary, but worked so well I just left it on there. Zero problems so far.

He's not kidding. Search for my thread about mighty putty. The stuff Lucky is talking about is the same stuff. You can find it at wal-mart.
I had a hole the size of a quarter in my muffler and I patched it with this stuff. Has worked great. No drips anywhere around it.
Green and white technology baby! LOL
