On the Blue Sea does it matter witch battery is connect to A or B? If I have the battery that will be connected to the alternator connected to B will it still charge the one on A, or should I swap it around?

Never mind. I found it on their website. I had to do some serious searching to find it. If anyone else wonders it doesnt matter.

Yep, it's the ground wire that completes the loop to make it work.

What size ground should you use? I am assuming it doesn't have to be much.

I used 14ga. It's only used for sensing the voltage in order to open/close the ACR, doesnt carry any load. There's a small spade terminal on the front/bottom of the ACR labeled "GND" I believe.

Mike can the black ground coming off the acr be connected to the negative battery cable on either battery?

Yes, as long as the ground path for all the batteries leads back to the engine.
