Wire size?

I am getting ready to order the wire for my dual battery. Is it O.K. to run 2AWG frome the ACR to the batteries and 2/0 from the batteries to the Perko and then to the starter?

That should be fine. I think I only ran 4awg to the acr, and everything works on mine just fine.

I think I rand 2AWG for everything, when I added my 2nd battery. It seemed to be the same size the factory used.

It depends on what kind of load (current draw in Amps) is going to be passed through the cable. If the load is going to be just the alt, then 4ga will work up to a 5ft run, then 2ga for a 5-10ft run. For the load of the starter, 1/0ga for upto 5ft and then 2/0ga for 5-10ft length.
